Cleveland used to be married to Loretta Brown before they seperated. He lives across of the Griffins. He talks very slowly (he was an auctioneer before he was hit on the head) and he seems to have no emotions. Cleveland is part of the "gang" of neighbors who live on Spooner Street. It also includes Peter, Joe and Quagmire.
