Quagmire is one of Peter's neighbors. His house is filled with things that turn into beds. His libido often gets him in to trouble. Sometimes, it seems as though he'd even go as far as to rape someone and he is even remotely attracted to Meg and particularly Lois. Quagmire is part of the group of friends on Spooner Street that include Peter, Joe and Cleveland.
