Herbert is also known as Old Man Child Molester. He often invites Chris over to his house and asks him if he wants to come in and have popsicles, or leaves strange messages on the answering machine. He has shown intrest to all young boys, including Stewie, although the adults seem unaware. He owns a crippled dog. He is an avid watcher of the LIttle League World Series.
