The Griffins live in an average middle-class sized house in an average suburban neighborhood. Although average is not the term that I would use to describe the events that happen here on a daily basis. Peter, Lois, Meg, Chris, The Evil Monkey, Stewie and Brian all live in The Griffin House where most of the action takes place. For a while, the land where The Griffin House was located was known as Petoria. The Griffin house is also built on an ancient Native American grave site.
